CeleraFi RISE is our financial education service delivered to CeleraFi FastPay local government clients that is designed to increase local small business and local MBE participation in securing government contracts.  RISE's mission is to increase SMB and MBE business participation in local government contracting by:

  • Recruiting small/MBE business to attend a RISE Education Seminar through targeted local marketing campaigns

  • Educating local small/MBE business on local government contracting opportunities, the certification process, bonding requirements, and financial requirements at RISE Education Seminar (digital or live in person).

  • Assisting with certification procress  & RFP submission preparation

  • Zero cost to governments implementing CeleraFi FastPay Solution
